D - Design:

R - Restore/Repair:

The key to any project is the substrate. It must be in the best condition possible before we proceed. This component of your project is a cornerstone in your floor’s ultimate appearance, longevity and successful installation. Phoenix has a wide range of well tested systems and processes to address virtually any issues that may arise.

I - Improve:

Our coating system will not only improve the visual appearance of the floor, upgrading the value and perception of the area, we also address many other issues such as slippage and maintenance. Whether a residential or commercial application, the end result will be a floor that will help to improve the quality of life and/or the business processes that need to occur on a daily basis.

P - Protection:

Simple concrete has many limitations (porosity, deterioration over time and use, contaminated, easily stained etc.). These create the possibility of odors, health/sanitary related issues, and  not to mention the countless substances that accelerate the deterioration of your floor. The implementation of a proper coating system prevents the invasion of chemicals and liquids into the concrete’s mass. This also stops micro-organism growth and premature deterioration while also decreasing abrasions and improving shock tolerances. What this means to you is greater life expectancy, improved functionality, better appearance and virtual 100% ROI over the life of the floor.
