Our P³ Phoenix Preparation
Process:
- Walk through inspection with installation
crew
Assign tasks and personnel
Unload equipment, stage materials
Verify materials on site
- Floor prep progress check
Power check, area cleared, Safety check
Oil grease remediation, scrubbing as needed
Proper removal or profile equipment utilized
- Repair and pre-fill examination
Identify areas to be repaired
Verify surface prepared and ready for pre-fill
Select proper fill materials for areas

- Install repair and pre-fill materials
Check proper masking is completed
Insure proper materials are used, mixed and filled to Mfg
specifications
Re-inspect area for any missed repairs
- Prepare for Coating Applications
Touch up grinding
Final pre-fill
Final cleaning of substrate
